DeathSpank: The Great Tease

DeathSpankRon Gilbert (may flowers sprout in his nostrils and bi-sexual angels serve him breakfast) has posted three video teasers for his hotly (well, in some odd aesthete circles at least) anticipated adventure/RPG DeathSpank. Click, watch them and fantasize about wearing the legendary thong of justice. Oh, and as the game has evolved enough to be coming soonerish, do expect to play it sometime during 2009.

    I loved that theme music.

    It was like the remix of "People are Strange" originally by the Doors used in the movie The Lost Boys.

    People are Strange? Hmmm... I really don't think so. After all People are strange is one of my absolutely fav songs. In fact anything by the doors is... Anyway. Perhaps you're right regardless... Glad you were intrigued by the game Caleb dear.

    Well I was a bit out of it yesterday.

    (They were painting the small auditorium next to my office and the fumes got to me)

    In any case that game is intriguing and the music is pretty awesome.

    I always wanted another adventure game that included action and traditional adventure qualities.

    I think the only game where you could do that is the original Quest for Glories series?

    In any case this game is gonna be on my buy list.

    Mine too and I'm sure it will be way better than Penny Arcade Adventures to be frank. Oh, and Quest for Glory will do I'm sure. Especially the later games I believe...

    I always love a good game soundtrack... I don't think that in-game music is focused on enough in games today. For example, Grand Theft Auto IV's soundtrack was just a random mishmash of tracks, with no apparent theme.
