  1. No Streets of Rage (Bare Knuckle) games? Oh well, at least it haves the original Phantasy Star and Shinobi games.

  2. Yes! Yes! YES! SEGA! SEGA! SEGA!!
The retro revolution has started and it's all a bit strange how were delving into the past on the eve of the next gen fightfest!
Powerstone Collection for PSP is one of the first Dreamcast re-issues, along with Virtua Tennis. The DS has Resident Evil, the GBA has Chu Chu Rocket. PS2 has Sega Heroes plus Saturn Classic, Virtua Cop 1 and 2. More Saturn emulation please!
You see we don't need Gears of War...

  3. Hmmm... it does have Comix Zone too, and this Gamer C was a better game than Streets of Rage...

Fatherkrishna you are absolutely right. Let it be written in stone that "noone bloody needs bloody Gears of bloody War". Unless of course it's ported to the PC, that is, and features old-gen goodies. Besides, game quality couldn't have anything to do with the era of its creation. Same goes for movies...

  4. ...(enters room with a rock and a biro.....) ammm that writing in stone bit, does that go again..

  5. I think you've nailed it. Ho ho, he...

  6. Comix Zone!

I thought history had forgotten that game. Plus, Bonanza Brothers was hilarious fun.

    I think my PSP requires a dust-off!

  7. I'm sure it does. Can't wait to get my hands on it either... I'll let you know how it fares....

  8. Looking forward to playing this and so I hope it lives up to the anticipation. Good to see you back Gnome. I was worried that you had retired from blogging.

  9. Good to see you too my friend! And no, I haven't quit. Just very busy...

  10. 28 games.... i can feel the pressure sores already.....

  11. And I think there are some unlockable games too (!). Really.

  12. ...getting closer and closer to that wallpaper featuring the video gamer dressed in rags, in the corner of a ramshackle room, wearing her 3d gaming glasses....

  13. Why don't you try the video gamer in hottub surrounded by porny porns stereotype?

  14. ...scuse me i've got to run a bath.......

  15. There are no porns there you know...

  16. (stops.....) but you said...

    (carefully re-reads Gnomes earlier comment)

..i'll check it out anyhow... can't miss an opportunity at my age.....

  17. Well said oh wisest of the porn-sheppards!
