Stunningly beautiful pictures, aren't they? Well, better thank Eriq Chang for being brilliantly creative in all sorts of ways and -of course- for being generous enough to let us glimpse both his studio and the creative process taking place there. And in case you hadn't noticed, you are indeed looking at King's Quest III - Redux art and the game's official poster. To actually grab said poster better have a look here.

Love it. And Roberta Williams photo!
ReplyDeleteStunning, innit?
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful set of posters, ahh to travel back in time for a day. Install this a press the turbo button on your clunky IBM.
ReplyDeleteGlad you like 'em. And thanks for reminding me of turbo buttons. Ahh, the 8Mhz days of PC gaming.
ReplyDeleteThose pictures have blown my mind.
ReplyDeleteSame thing here Jake, and frankly that's why I decided to post them, instead of letting them hidden in the inner halls of the Lair.
ReplyDeleteLove the old KQ3 and Conquests of Camelot game boxes. I had both of those as a kid. Wonder if my brother still has them stashed away somewhere...
ReplyDeleteShould you find them, do donate them to the Gnome's Lair fund for adults that love game boxes... :D
ReplyDeleteWhat is this?? Available for download or puchase?
ReplyDeleteWell, the poster can be grabbed if you preorder Mage's Initiation, but the game itself -the excellent King's Quest III Redux- is indeed freeware.
