Well I don't know about the game itself Gnome, but that pic of the old mansion is just lovely. I downloaded it to my WFRP images folder naturally enough! ;)
ReplyDeleteGuess you really liked the artwork then... Even though you'll be hard pressed to fit such imagery into the Old Word.
ReplyDeleteOh, and welcome back. Again.
:)
Thanks as ever Gnome. And as for the pictures- the mansion could easily fit into WFRP IMO. Amid all the scheming Chaos cultists and Skaven it's easy to forget that there's also a hefty dose of classic horror in the Old World. That mansion would be the perfect setting for an adventure set in, say, Sylvania. ;)
ReplyDelete(puts on the kettle, shouts from the kitchen) Wallpaper!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAha, Jmc, so it's Vampires you are looking for. Remeber though that the Carsteins are very picky when it comes to architecture...
ReplyDelete(I'm not eating no wallpapers mr. Elderly. No way.)

You wouldn't care to expand on that would you Gnome? ;)
I have to admit it would be most difficult, but as imperial architects have proven beyond any doubt:
ReplyDeletea) Skaven don't exist
b) Sylvanian undead can only tolerate early modernist buildings with just a touch of gothic flair...
:)
(the sound of tea making can be heard in the kitchen.....) Not eat wallpaper what about a wallpaper size image? of the graymatter jpeg?
ReplyDeleteNot yet unfortunately. Still, I wouldn't worry. I'd rather be patient.
ReplyDeleteokay i'll wait........(sits down)
ReplyDeleteAs for the tea I'd rather have it now my friend... Sore throat you see...
ReplyDeletesorry where are my manners....
ReplyDeleteheres your tea just the way you like it
(mindful that the only place he'll ever get an walpaper sized copy of that beautiful image is from Mr.Gnome's Lair)
Ah yes brilliant. Throat's much better now... mm... nice..
ReplyDelete(I wouldn't wait for any wallpapers to show here though. They don't seem to like the place...)
Why a travelling musician would do magic tricks? Shouldn't she, like, play an instrument instead?
ReplyDeleteOr did they misspell 'magician'? The rabbit belongs more to this kind of wandering people...
... although we shouldn't forget what the Dormouse said.
You know, you do have a quite valid point. A travelling musician should probably try playing some music. Unless of course she's a travelling vacationng musician relaxing from the pressure of high quality performances, by conjuring cheap tricks...
ReplyDelete(keeps score)
ReplyDelete1:1
Yes, but I'm winning.
ReplyDeleteah....marginally..... (uses microscope.....)
