The StarCraft time rift

The Zerg never thought of it, but all you'd ever need to destroy the Terrans would be to teach them how to make origami, or anything similarly pointless. Then simply let them practice their newly discovered craft to its extreme, perhaps even recreating a full blown StarCraft battle (via), thus failing to advance their space-combat tech, or win any significant intergalactic was. Shocking!

Mankind just loves being idle; in a refined way, of course.

  1. oh sweet idleness...bring it on! i can remember creating a buffy card game one time.....it played crap, but the month it took me to make and cut, were pretty enjoyable.....

"its' not what you do, its the way that you do it", although i beleive Bananarama were referring to something else..

  3. from what i can remember......the game featured 6 mini playing boards containing "event" square, event cards were either in your favour (found an extra woody spike, extra power number) or against (forced onto another playing board, met an enemy etc.) principle playing character card had simple defence, power, attack ranking, with the chance of meeting good characters to help you do battle with the hordes of evil nasty vampy thingies. Game balance was crap and you hardly ever found a buddy. Point of the game was to survive the six playing boards.....

But the best fun was designing it ....... i've drivelled on again haven't I?

  4. Nope, you hadn't mentioned a thing... But it really sound very (and by that I mean VERY) interesting... So, did it play a bit like Knizia's LOTR or am I getting it all wrong?

Would you happen to have any photos? A pdf manual? Something to show us?

    Please?
